Membership, billing & your data

How billing works

Your subscription lives entirely on Whop — that’s where you manage payment methods, renewals and cancellation. Your workspace checks the membership automatically; there is nothing to activate manually.

If your membership lapses

Your workspace switches to export-only mode — nothing is deleted, and nothing is locked away:

• You can still sign in, read everything, and export your complete data at any time.
• You can still retrieve your stored marketplace passwords from the vault.
• Adding and editing stops until the membership is active again.

Renewing on Whop fixes it automatically — usually within minutes. After 90 days of grace, we park the workspace: it goes offline with all data retained, plus a final full export and a verified database backup. Resubscribe and we bring it back exactly as it was.

Your export rights

This is a commitment, not a feature: whatever the state of your membership, your data remains exportable by you. The complete-workbook export includes every record in a format you can take anywhere.

Passwords and access

• Change your workspace password anytime from the sidebar (Change password). Every team member owns theirs.
• Lost the admin password? Contact us — we reset it and you pick the new one up on your status page, exactly like the first time.
• Signing out ends your session; a request already in flight can complete for up to fifteen minutes after. “Sign out everywhere” in the sidebar does the same for every browser you ever used, at once.

Your team

Admins invite team members inside the workspace (Users → Invite): admins manage settings and imports, operators handle the day-to-day ledger. Network access comes with it — tick “Also invite to the private network” on the invite and your teammate receives a Tailscale email granting them access to the workspace. Each person needs their own network invite; accounts and network access are never shared.

Privacy & agreements

The Terms, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement you accepted at onboarding are always available, with the accepted versions recorded. For buyer personal data inside your workspace, your company is the controller and we act as processor under the DPA. When a buyer asks you to erase their details, Settings → Danger zone → Buyer data removes their name and address from every sale and kept email in one step; the same place applies a retention window to everyone older than it.
