Market data (TickSights)
What it is
An optional connection to TickSights, the sales tracker for Viagogo, StubHub International and Gigsberg. Paste your TickSights API key under Settings → Market data and every linked event gains the market’s view of itself: what buyers actually paid per block, how fast tickets are selling, how much is listed, and how that compares with your own prices. Without a key nothing is fetched and nothing market-related appears anywhere.
Linking events
Events link themselves: a background sweep matches your upcoming events with unsold stock against the TickSights catalogue every day, and a per-event search covers the rest. A match is only made when it is unambiguous; anything doubtful waits for you on the event page under Find match. When TickSights does not know an event yet, paste the marketplace listing URL there and ask it to start tracking — data usually lands within half an hour and the link follows on its own.
Reading the panel
The Market data panel on an event page shows the average sale price with its 7-day trend, sales in the last 24 hours and 7 days, and the listed stock. The pace line turns that into a verdict — oversupplied when the market’s listed stock will outlast the days left at the current selling rate, tight when it will not — and a sparkline shows a month of price history. Below it, the block table adds the last 7 days’ average per block against its all-time average, and the recent-sales feed lists the individual sales behind those numbers. If the same concert is also tracked on another marketplace, an Also on line compares the averages so you know where it pays more.
Suggested prices
In the ticket table, the Market column shows a suggested list price for each unsold ticket: the median of recent sales in the same block, using nearby rows when enough of them sold.Apply sets the ticket’s listed price to it in one click — it is a suggestion, never automatic, and it changes only what you press it on.
Your performance
Each linked event compares your realized sales with the market’s block average at the time you sold, and the Finance page rolls that up across the ledger as Sales vs market. The panel also shows your share of the week’s sales for the event.
The Market page
Market in the navigation lists the top-selling events of the last 24 hours or 7 days for the countries you set in Settings, with every event you already hold marked and a link to the Network stock page where other resellers are offering stock for it. The event page likewise lists the other dates of the tour with their own sales and prices.
Alerts
If the daily Discord digest is on, it gains a Market section: listings priced well above what their block recently sold for, averages that dropped since yesterday, volume spikes, and events whose listed supply outlasts the time left. The thresholds live under Settings → Market data and the section can be switched off there.
Budget
TickSights meters every endpoint separately per day and per hour. The worker spends within those budgets — closest events first, and only what each endpoint allows — and always keeps a reserve for your own searches and refreshes. Settings shows the remaining budget per endpoint and the licence tier the API reports.
