Network stock
What it is
An optional way to trade with other resellers on the platform. When you share stock, other customers see the event, section, and quantity — never your rows, seats, or what you paid — plus an optional asking price. In return, the Network stock page in your workspace shows what everyone else is open to selling.
Turning it on (and off)
Sharing is off by default. An admin’s first offer turns it on, or an admin enables it under Settings → Network sharing, where “share all events” puts every unsold ticket out unless an event is taken off. Turning sharing off removes your listings within seconds, and sharing stops automatically if your membership lapses.
Choosing what goes out
On an event page, tick the tickets you want to sell to other resellers and pressOffer on network; give an asking price per ticket or leave it empty for “contact for price”. Offered tickets carry a Network mark in the table; select them and press Withdraw from network to take them back. The event’s Network tab offers every unsold ticket in one go, takes the whole event off, and holds the default price for tickets offered without one.
Buying from the network
Browse the Network stock page and press Message seller on a listing. Write what you need — how many, which section, your price, by when — and send. The seller gets your message by direct message with your company name and contact, and you get theirs back; nobody browses contacts anonymously. Both of you keep the conversation underRequests on the Network stock page, and the seller sees it on their event page too. The deal itself happens between the two of you (email, Discord, wherever); the platform holds no money and takes no cut.
Wanted
The network also works the other way round. Post a want on the Network stock page — the event, how many, up to what price — or press Find on the network on a presale you still have to buy for, and every reseller sees it. Those who hold unsold tickets for that event are told directly (a Discord line, and the Wanted view puts it first for them) and answer with I have this: the same message and contact exchange as for a listing. Close a want when it is covered; it closes itself the day after the event.
Your contact address
By default the network hands out the email you sign in with. Settings → Stock sharing lets you set a dedicated address for network deals instead — the one your team actually answers — and your Discord username, since that is where most of the group talks. Both travel with every ask you make. Settings also shows when the network last heard from your workspace and how many events it lists.
Freshness
Listings refresh from live inventory every few minutes: sold-out sections disappear on their own, past events are dropped, and a listing whose workspace goes quiet vanishes within the hour. If a listing is gone by the time you press the button, you’ll be told rather than given a stale contact.
