Getting started
This is the whole journey from purchase to a working workspace. Most customers are done the same day; your part takes about ten minutes in total.
1. Sign in with your Whop account
Everything is tied to the Whop account you purchased with. On this portal, click Sign in with Whop and use that exact account — a different Whop account will be told it has no membership.
2. Complete onboarding
Four short steps — company, access, branding, review — and these are the details they ask for:
- Company name — shown in your workspace and used to brand it. You can also upload a logo (PNG, JPG or WebP).
- Workspace address — the subdomain your instance will live at, like
your-company. Letters, digits and dashes; you can’t change it later without contacting us, so pick something you like. - Tailscale account email — the email of the identity you’ll use for the private network. Tailscale has no email signup: you sign in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub or Apple, so enter the email of an identity you already own (a Gmail address is a Google identity). More in the Tailscale guide.
You’ll also accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement — the versions you accept are recorded.
3. Wait for provisioning
We review every new workspace, then build it: your own application, your own private database, your own network node — nothing shared with other customers. The status page tracks each step live and updates on its own. This is usually done within a few hours, at most a business day.
4. Accept your access invite
When your workspace is up, an Accept your Tailscale invite button appears on your status page (Tailscale also emails the invite to your Tailscale address). Accepting links your private workspace to your own Tailscale account — after that, any device where you’re signed in to Tailscale can reach it. Set up Tailscale first if you haven’t: here’s how.
5. Open your workspace and confirm
With Tailscale running, open your workspace address from the status page. You have no password yet, and you do not need one for this step: all that matters is that the sign-in page appears. When it does, come back and click The sign-in page loads. That unlocks your credentials.
6. Save your credentials
The portal shows your admin email and a generated password. Put them in your password manager before clicking I’ve saved my password — after that confirmation they are never shown again. (Lost it anyway? We can reset it — see troubleshooting.) You can change the password inside the workspace at any time.
7. Set up Reseat
First sign-in lands you on a short checklist: connect your purchases mailbox, add your AI API key (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini), and import your existing spreadsheet. The setup guide walks through each one.
